What should ZTE submit the next step?


ZTE announced that it had formally submitted an application to the industry and Security Bureau of the United States Department of Commerce on the suspension of the refusal order and submitted supplementary materials in response to the refusal order according to the BIS guidelines.

In April 16th, the U. S. Department of Commerce announced that it would ban US companies from selling parts, goods, software and technology to ZTE for 7 years until March 13, 2025. ZTE said that it would not give up the efforts to solve the problem through communication and dialogue, and also use all the means allowed by the law to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests and do the best to solve the problem in a shorter time.
